Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after the date you receive your item to request a return.

Minoston provides return and exchange services for products purchased on our official website (www.minoston.com) and on our Amazon store (sold by Minas).

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and accessories

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not offer “final sale” items; however, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and provide a solution.


Exchanges

The fastest method to exchange an item is to complete a return first. After your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Estimated refund processing time: We will process your return and refund request within 72 hours. The refund will be credited back to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.
