Physical Installation & Safety
Step 1: Choose the Right Location
Choose a suitable wall box and make sure the installation area is clear of obstructions and meets the product’s installation requirements.
Step 2: Secure the Switch
Turn off the circuit breaker, verify the power is off, and securely connect the wires according to the wiring diagram. Mount the switch in the wall box.
Step 3: Connect the Load
Connect the load wire to the appropriate terminal. Make sure the connected device is within the switch’s rated load limits.
Step 4: Restore Power and Test
Turn the circuit breaker back on and test the switch manually to confirm it turns the connected device on and off properly.

Troubleshooting FAQs
Direct solutions to common network, protocol, and pairing questions.
Q: Will it fit my bathroom?
A: Mechanically yes, it is a standard single-gang Decora-style switch. The constraint is the neutral wire, not the fit. If your old switch has only two black wires and no white bundle, this timer cannot be powered.
Q: A screw broke during installation.
A: The terminals are small and the screws are soft; over-torquing shears them. Use a correctly sized flat-head driver and stop when the conductor is snug. A broken screw cannot be repaired, exchange the unit.
Q: Can it control a light and a fan together?
A: Only if the combined load stays under 960W incandescent and both are on the same switched leg. Separate legs need two timers.
