Troubleshooting FAQs
Direct solutions to common network, protocol, and pairing questions.
Q: MT11N or MT13N, which one?
A: The MT13N stops at 30 minutes; the MT11N goes to 1 hour and adds a 1-minute preset. For a bathroom fan either works. For a fan that needs longer to clear humidity, take the MT11N.
Q: One of my two timers stopped working.
A: Usually a wiring fault, not the timer. A loose neutral on a shared circuit kills one switch and leaves the other working. Re-check the neutral splice before assuming a hardware failure.
Q: The screws strip or jam during installation.
A: The terminals are small and soft. Use a flat-head driver that fits the slot exactly and do not over-torque. If a screw is already stripped, back it out with pliers rather than forcing it.
